Day two without my Capresso… let’s just move on before I get too emotional.

Not Six, Not Seven, Maybe One: Revisiting Miami’s Future (from Gothic Ginobili)
I’m really glad someone wrote this, because I’ve been saying it since day one the Heatles were put together: The Heat aren’t guaranteed to win a title with this current team construction.  Aaron from GG really breaks it down here and draws some interesting parallels between the Celtics and the Heat.  It’s not that I (or Aaron) think the Heat are bad.  I think they are a really good basketball team that could win a title any year, but the people who said the Heat are going to dominate and win every title were clearly wrong.  And I was right.  Feels really good.  How my ass taste?

The Jan Vesely Diaries: ‘Washington Has Almost No Skyscrapers’ (from Truth About It)
So wait, you’re telling me that someone translated the European journal entries for a European newspaper from a wacky Czech SF forward on the Wizards?  YES PLEASE.

Bobcats Score Eight in the Third… Oh, and Also Lose to Hornets 75-67. (from Rufus on Fire)
Really Bobcats?  Eight in the Third?  Seriously? And don’t start snickering yet, Hornets fans.  You only managed to put up 75 on the Bobcats.  Can bad basketball please go away?
